Twin Lakes Mobile Estates is a gorgeous age 55+ Manufactured Mobile Home park. Shasta Dam is just two miles from our front gates and the city of Redding is approximately six miles from here. A short drive from here is Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen, Sacramento River, and the Trinity Alps. We are a short 5 hour drive from the California North coast, and a few hours from the Oregon border. If you need to drive to town just minutes away are two hospitals, movies, bowling, arts & crafts events, museum, theaters, art galleries, and churches.

We have a year round stream that feeds our beautiful lakes. Fishing and wildlife are just part of the beauty of our park. Our clubhouse is very active; there are cards, bingo, yoga, theme dinners and potlucks. Our pool and spa offer refreshing exercise.
